It has been almost 12 years since its crowdfunding campaign began, and it is still in development. Now, Star Citizen will once again be free to play from November 22nd to December 5th, during the Intergalactic Aerospace Expo.

Cloud Imperium, the developer, states that the event "offers a perfect opportunity to test new ships, refresh the basics of survival in space, and prepare to boldly explore new frontiers." During the event, players will be able to experience various aspects of the game, including flying over 150 ships, ranging from the smallest jets to massive transport ships and enormous fleet vessels.
