The first FIFA World Cup featuring Rocket League is being held
FIFA, the governing body of world football, announced that it is collaborating with Rocket League in the FIFAe World Cup, to which 16 countries from around the world are invited this year.

The partnership takes the intensity and excitement of the FIFA nations narrative to an exciting new level, allowing players to promote their games through the colors of their home nation. This involvement represents a broader engagement with the community and embraces esports beyond traditional football simulations.
Sixteen nations will compete in this exciting new Rocket League competition , with each nation fielding three players and one substitute. Countries are selected based on the number of representatives from each country in previous Rocket League Major Tournaments.
